Isla girl has always been on the long and lean end of the spectrum for her baby well-check appointments. The doctor never seemed to be worried about it and she’s stayed consistent with her growth trend. But, I can’t help to worry every time I put her down for a nap or even to bed for the night that I didn’t feed her enough. Or, that she’s starving but doesn’t know how to communicate that with me. Yes, I know the majority of that is postpartum anxiety speaking because she’s growing right on track.
I’ve found a few recipes that Pediasure created including the Sidekicks, but thought it’d be fun to try out my own. Since it is the season over apple picking, I subbed in the Sidekicks Vanilla Shake for milk in this Glazed Apple Crumb Muffin recipe, by Sally of Sally’s Baking Addiction. It’s the perfect jump start for our mornings when I’m rushing around running errands and I don’t have the time to put together a good breakfast.
I’d love to hear how you would use Pediasure Sidekicks in a recipe for your picky eater! If you decide to try it, be sure to take advantage of the Ibotta or Walmart bundle offer here. It was so simple to pick up this shake at Walmart. I bee-lined it for the baby section and ran smack dab in the middle of all the Sidekicks my heart could handle.
